Common issues
Phone can't find server on local network
- Make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network
- Check that the I Found It At server is running on your Mac
- Try restarting the server app
- Ensure your firewall allows incoming connections on the server port
Remote relay not connecting
- Verify your server is paired with the relay (check the admin dashboard)
- Make sure your Mac has an active internet connection
- The relay status indicator in the app should show "Connected"
- Try re-pairing: delete the pairing and scan the QR code again
Server not processing URLs
- Make sure your server software is up to date
- Check the server logs for errors (visible in the admin dashboard)
- Check that your Mac has sufficient disk space
